Do you have a heart for the elderly? Are you a people person with great communication skills? If so, we need you! We are starting several new outreach programs related to Diabetes and Hypertension health management, as well as financial health management, and we need lots of volunteers!

Volunteers needed:

• Nurses (retired nurses also acceptable with a license)

• Medical Assistants (retired MAs acceptable)

• Chefs

• Dieticians

• Nutritionists

• Workshop Facilitators (those who are comfortable speaking in public)

• Diabetes Health Literacy Instructors (for one-on-one and small group instruction)
